04/12/2020 at 4:48The UI is great!!! Very user friendly and intuitive design. Easy to navigate, clearly states when the payment is due along with the payment button front and center. Once payment is made it sends an immediate notification. Other companies should follow suit with Citi’s mobile app functionality and design!

04/12/2020 at 4:46It’s ok. Not as easy to maneuver around in and seems a little more sluggish than other banking apps I’ve used. For example, when you open it it takes a few seconds for the biometric prompt to load and even after it takes a few seconds to show your account. Other apps the biometric prompt pops up instantly and just seem snappier all around.

04/12/2020 at 4:44Takes a long time to load the screen, and every now and then it experiences « technical issue » and becomes unaccessible for a while. Recently whenever I tried to sign in using fingerprint, it freezes the whole app. I had to re-install it. Not impressed.

04/12/2020 at 4:40Can’t see my transactions. I can make a payment, which is great, but when I try to look at more transactions other than the few they show when you open the app my screen basically goes blank. I can’t see the rest of my transactions. It’s not that big of a deal but I couldn’t see a transaction we didn’t make until I got on my computer which is was a few days later. Very annoying.

04/12/2020 at 4:39It was a good app, until they messed with it and screwed up the biometric login. Now, I can’t sign in on the app at all, unless I don’t enable biometric sign on. Update: it’s even worse now than it was two months ago. Now, I have trouble signing in with any method at all. If I enable biometric sign on, then I still cannot login. With it disabled, I can get in about the 6th or 7th attempt.

04/12/2020 at 4:39Generally well laid out and useful. The only (minor) complaint that I have is with the mobile deposit feature. The app allows me to photograph the front of the check, but it almost always shows a compressed and distorted view of the back of the check on the first try. I usually have to re-photogtaph the check several times to get a proper image of the back of the check. I’m using a Pixel 3a phone.

04/12/2020 at 4:37I used to like this app. Over the past year I have been and still am having a frequent problem with « temporary delay » where I cannot get signed in. I have tried several different times of day, even middle of the night. My password and secondary security checks are correct. It still happens about 50 to 75 percent of the time. Makes it hard to get my banking done, and sometimes it is time sensitive and crucial for me to get online and get it done. Frustrating.

04/12/2020 at 4:33Great app overall. However, you can’t transfert money or pay your cards if your phone is not set up on the English language. You’ll always get an error message as the system automatically includes a « .; » for decimals (i.e. if you’d like to send/pay $10,5 it will show as 10.,5). This is bug that should be fixed as people should have the ability to use their phone in whatever language is more convenient for them!

04/12/2020 at 4:32Always having a problem with the apps and the amount is never updated which causes me to have overdraft all the time. Choking for a big bank. Have Chase too and never had any problem with them even though Citibank was my first bank. They are only good with credit card.

04/12/2020 at 4:31I have had this card for almost 2 years now and I’ve been using the app almost as long and it has been a great tool for keeping track of my balance, my payments, even being able to link my checking account with it so that I can directly pay my bill from that and know what my remaining balance on both accounts. Highly highly recommend this app it’s performed well no issues.
